Three Rivers Care Home is a purpose built, two storey care development, situated in Omagh. Currently operated by Zest Care, services offered at this facility are nursing, residential and dementia care.
Designed and built by the CoyleGroup, the building itself comprises 81 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped with wooden furniture and each with a private en-suite. Residents can also make use of the multiple day lounges, communal areas, activity rooms and dining suites throughout. A separate FMI unit is available for those with specialist needs.
The building is decorated with an up-to-date but homely finish and provides a safe and secure environment for all residents. Outdoors there are enclosed gardens and landscaped areas which can be enjoyed when the weather is nice. The building has been built to meet RQIA standards, HTM84 fire regulations and all statutory building regulations.
