Shaftesbury Mews is a purpose built care development situated in Jordanstown, which has been designed and built by The Coyle Group to provide care for up to 18 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities.
Currently operated by Craegmoor, Shaftesbury Mews care units provide residents with a homely and comfortable living environment that has been carefully designed to support the delivery of person-centred care.
The development is made up of 3 individual care units, each comprising 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Residents can also make use of the day lounge, communal area, activity room, dining suite and kitchen. The building is decorated with an up-to-date but homely finish and provides a safe and secure environment for all residents. Outdoors there are enclosed gardens and landscaped areas which can be enjoyed when the weather is nice. The building has been built to meet RQIA standards, HTM84 fire regulations and all statutory building regulations.
