Loughshore is a purpose built care development situated in Jordanstown, which has been designed and built by The CoyleGroup to provide care for up to 16 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities.
Currently operated by Craegmoor, Loughshore provides service users with a homely and comfortable living environment that has been carefully designed to support the delivery of person-centred care.
The development is made up of 14 spacious en-suite bedrooms as well as 2 large self-contained apartments, which comprise an en-suite and kitchen area. Residents can also make use of the day lounges, communal areas, activity rooms, dining suites and kitchens. The building is decorated with an up-to-date but homely finish and provides a safe and secure environment for all residents. Outdoors there are enclosed gardens and landscaped areas which can be enjoyed when the weather is nice. The building has been built to meet RQIA standards, HTM84 fire regulations and all statutory building regulations.
