Laurels Court is a design led care development situated in Stechford, which has been completed by The CoyleGroup to provide care for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities.
Currently operated by Aspirations, Laurels Court provides service users with a homely and comfortable living environment that has been carefully designed to support the delivery of person-centred care.
The development is made up of 14 spacious self-contained apartments, some of which have private gardens. Residents can also make use of the beautiful courtyard, on which the development is centred around. The building is decorated with a modern but homely finish and provides a safe and secure environment for all residents. The building has been designed to meet CQC standards, HTM84 fire regulations and all statutory building regulations.
